Dear Mamdani, a woman in Bengaluru carried two sacks of building material to a large pothole, poured them in, and levelled the surface.

The entire public works programme appears to have been completed by one person, in one video.

As far as we know, she has not been sent a tender, an inauguration date or a ribbon. We would like to suggest that she not check whether she is owed a refund on her road tax. She has done enough.
